WHY REPEAT THE SAME BUILDING MISTAKES THAT A DISASTER JUST REVEALED?
President Jimmy Carter understood this. In his endeavor to rebuild hurricane-damaged communities, he included SCIP construction.
Unfortunately, too often the value of SCIP is overlooked in new building and rebuilding projects, until it is too late and in hindsite.
Building with SCIP means you will not need to rebuild - There will not be a "next time" to lose your home to.
Building Resilience Together
Our Expertise with Jimmy Carter Hurricane Projects
Tridipanel has been instrumental in the Jimmy Carter Hurricane Projects, utilizing innovative SCIP panels to build resilient structures, capable of withstanding the harshest conditions. Our disaster-resistant materials have been proven to deliver excellent results, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties come wind or high water.
SCIP Construction is also very resilient in flooding disasters.
- Water submersion of a traditional wooden structure with gypsum/sheetrock walls is a guaranteed rebuild, with impending cases of mold and rot that follow a water damage event.
- SCIP construction consists of (1) a cement/concrete exterior, (2) a metal grid frame, and (3) a water-repellent foam core. SCIP structures are therefore not susceptible to rot, and does not need to be replaced after water damage events.
- SCIP Technology has been successfully used as a seawall barrier due to its mechanical strength and resiliency under water exposure.
So ask yourself, would you try to build a seawall with wood and sheetrock?
Your home deserves the same consideration!
